Before you write
Most stream trouble is answered in the blog's buffering guide: try the next channel link for the match, strengthen the Wi-Fi position, and pause other downloads. If your message is about a stream or the app, your phone model, Android version and the match or channel involved help us reproduce it on the rack.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually faster. The service itself, its agenda and its channels belong to Pirlo TV; we cannot change those from here, though we will always tell you what we see on our own screens.
