How to Update the Pirlo TV App and Keep the Agenda Fresh
Most days there is nothing to update, and that is the design. When a refreshed build lands, here is the whole job, plus keeping the agenda itself current.

CONTENTS On this page
Updating this app is the smallest maintenance job in streaming, and this guide covers both halves of it: the file, and the living page inside it, via PirloTV.
Why most days need nothing
The agenda and the channels live on Pirlo TV, so your app wakes up current every day without lifting a finger. Today's matches are today's because the page says so, not because your file changed. That is the deep reason the Pirlo TV app can weigh 25 KB: it carries a doorway, and the room beyond it is redecorated daily by the service itself.
When a refreshed build lands
Occasionally the wrapper itself is refreshed, as sites change their habits over time. Then the job is this: fetch the current file from the download page and install it over your existing copy, never uninstalling first. The icon stays, your habits stay, and the whole errand takes about a minute, most of it the Android permission tap you already know from our install guide.
Keeping the agenda fresh by hand
If the page inside the Pirlo TV app ever looks like yesterday, the fix is a refresh, not a reinstall: pull down on the agenda, or close and reopen the app so the service loads clean. A cached copy is the usual culprit, and it is a ten-second repair. Persistent staleness across days is a connection story, not an update story.
After any update
Open the Pirlo TV app once on Wi-Fi and let the service load fully before a match depends on it. First loads settle the connection, caches rebuild quietly, and the evening then runs on a settled app. Then do the pleasant part: check today's agenda and plan the night.
The safety footnote
Updates are also the hygiene habit: the maintained build is the listed build, and the listed build is the one we checked. Our safety guide explains what that checking involves, and why copies from elsewhere earn suspicion rather than trust.
The update that is not an update
There is one more refresh worth learning, and it happens on Pirlo TV's side of the glass: the channels roster itself. Broadcasters come and go across a season, and Pirlo TV maintains its list accordingly, so the channels page you open in spring is not frozen in autumn's shape. No action is required from you; the Pirlo TV app opens the current page every time. But it is worth a slow read of the roster once or twice a season, the way you would re-read a map of a city you think you know. Names you rely on may have company, and new routes into your matches appear exactly there, unannounced and useful.
Between the file that rarely changes and the pages that change daily, that is the whole maintenance story of this app.
Quick Answers
Do I need to update for today's agenda?
No. The agenda updates on Pirlo TV itself; your app shows it fresh every day.
Will updating delete anything?
There is almost nothing to delete: no account, no library. Install over your copy and carry on.
The agenda shows yesterday's matches. What now?
Pull down to refresh or reopen the Pirlo TV app. A cached page is the usual cause.
